About us
Who is us?

Pastor Dirk Miedema
I have been Senior Pastor for Maranatha CRC for a wonderful 8 years, and look forward to continuing my ministry here into the future. I have seen a lot changes in Maranatha that have truly been the result broad based congregational efforts. We have moved in the direction of becoming a more inclusive community eager to have others join us in celebrating God.
Thank you for clicking on Maranatha's website. I hope that you will find the information you find here beneficial. We are a church community where we say, "I'm not OK. You're not OK. But that's OK, God loves us anyway. Therefore, we will try do better today."
If you are looking for a church home or are just interested in knowing more about us, please come and visit us.
Sincerely Pastor Dirk Miedema

Beside’s spending time with youth Tony also enjoys sports like hockey, baseball and golf. He also loves taking some time during the summer with his wife and two girls to go camping. Tony also, loves hanging out with friends and chatting.

Sharon
Sharon has been on staff at Maranatha since 1998.
I work part-time (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week) and still enjoy being here! From time to time someone will ask - do you still enjoy your work and I have to admit that I do. Like every job there are days, but on the whole each day is a good one. God has blessed me and I thank Him for that. Those I work with are a pleasure to be around and keep life interesting.
Harry, myself and our 4 children have been attending Maranatha for 20 years (Harry - all of his life actually!). I have witnessed growth, decline, joy and sadness, discontent and unity, but throughout it all God has been faithful! While some of this has been difficult, for the most part being a member of Maranatha has been a blessing. I have come to know many of the people here through my work and am grateful for what I learn from each one. Thank you, for you have made my life richer.
